DigiTalim: Empowering Education
DigiTalim (دیجی تعلیم) is an online school app designed to provide Afghan children, especially girls, with access to quality education amidst ongoing restrictions.
About This Project
DigiTalim (دیجی تعلیم) is a digital school app designed to address the urgent educational challenges faced by Afghan children, particularly girls, who have been disproportionately affected by recent restrictions on education.
With over 1.4 million girls currently unable to attend school, DigiTalim aims to provide an accessible, inclusive, and culturally relevant solution to ensure that every child in Afghanistan has the opportunity to learn and thrive.
Our app offers a comprehensive digital learning platform for grades 1 through 12, featuring subject-specific content, virtual classrooms, interactive quizzes, and offline access for students in areas with limited connectivity.
Developed in collaboration with Afghan educators, NGOs, and community leaders, DigiTalim aligns with the national curriculum and is available in Dari and Pashto to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
DigiTalim prioritizes accessibility by supporting Android devices, the most widely used technology in Afghanistan, and includes features like secure login systems, child safety protocols, and downloadable content.
By leveraging innovative technology and community partnerships, DigiTalim seeks to bridge the educational gap, empower students, and create a brighter future for Afghanistan. Join us in this mission to make education a reality for all Afghan children.
